Worldwide tracked shipping
We ship to every country and region currently supported by Shopify. All orders include tracking.
Rates and estimated delivery
- Spain: €6.99, 4–8 business days. Free on orders of €55 or more.
- European Union: €8.99, 5–10 business days.
- International priority: €12.99, 7–15 business days.
- Rest of world: €14.99, 8–20 business days.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Tracking is emailed after dispatch and may take 24–72 hours to activate.
Customs
Orders outside the European Union may incur destination-country import taxes, customs duties, or carrier charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, these are the customer's responsibility.
Delays and lost parcels
Delivery windows are estimates. If tracking has not moved for 7 days or the parcel is more than 7 business days beyond the estimated window, contact us. Orders confirmed lost will be replaced or refunded.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us within 12 hours to request an address change or cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
