Every order ships with An Post
CarCodes dispatches every order from Ireland using An Post tracked shipping. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on the way.
International delivery
An Post carries your parcel from Ireland. After it reaches the destination country, the local postal service completes delivery using the same tracking number.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
- Spain: 6.99 EUR tracked shipping, typically 4 to 8 business days. Free tracked shipping on orders of 55 EUR or more.
- European Union: 8.99 EUR tracked shipping, typically 5 to 10 business days.
- International priority countries: 12.99 EUR tracked shipping, typically 7 to 15 business days. This includes the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
- Rest of world: 14.99 EUR tracked shipping, typically 8 to 20 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Remote areas, customs inspections, severe weather and peak carrier periods can add time.
Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. An Post tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first scan.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or postal handling charges. These charges are set by the destination country and, unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, are the customer's responsibility.
Delays and lost parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days, or your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the end of its estimated delivery window, contact us through the contact page. We will investigate the parcel with An Post and the destination postal service.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change the delivery address or cancel. Once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that it can be redirected or cancelled.
