30-day return policy
If a tool isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. No interrogation, no restocking games.
How to return an item
- Message us via the contact page with your order number and the reason for return.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Defective or wrong items
If your scanner arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we cover it completely – replacement or full refund including shipping, your choice. Just send a photo or short video of the issue so we can also claim it with the supplier.
Non-returnable situations
Items returned after 30 days, or physically damaged by misuse (e.g. crushed connectors, water damage), can't be refunded. When in doubt, just ask – we're reasonable.
