You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

• Items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Contact us first via the contact page with your order number; we will provide the return address and instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund including shipping costs. A photo or short video of the issue is required for the claim.

Exclusions

Returns requested after 30 days, or items damaged by misuse (crushed connectors, water damage, etc.), are not eligible for refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we will trace it.
